Poor customer service. The reward program is only set up to make you spend more money. Not an actual reward. Mya is a joke. After all the complaints filed on her I don't know how she still working there I guess they don't take complaints serious and don't care about their customers that spend money with them and has been for over three and a half going on 4 years now. They took my rewards that I earned said I did not use them in time. They basically want you to beg for them back. They say it's a minimum even if you spend over the minimum they say it's not enough because the taxes. I stopped going through them for about eight nine months now they send me an email trying to get me to come back with a code to get a 20% discount try to use the code they say I need to spend more money even though my order total was over 40. Found better options locally that allow you to use your rewards when you want to use them. Don't charge outrageous prices with taxes included. Embarc fontana and high seasons just recently opened in Fontana and are a great option. They both have great customer service and they honor your rewards and discounts and don't try to get you to spend more money just to use your discounts or rewards. How to add on to my last review since they don't let you leave another one. After you leave a negative review or ask to speak to management they will block your account. Just beware of this business they're very shady. It's not about the customer it's about the customer's money that's all they're concerned about.
