Payments at Hyperwolf
We offer flexible payment options to make your checkout experience seamless. Choose from cash or card payments, with transparent pricing and secure processing for all transactions.

What payment methods are available?
We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

Cash
Available for all orders. Pay the driver upon delivery with exact change recommended.

Credit/Debit Cards
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover accepted.

For card and digital payments, your total may include a merchant provider compliance charge. This charge is included in the full payment total shown before checkout.
Merchant Provider Compliance Charge: 3.5%
Included in your final card payment total before checkout.
Hyperwolf shows your full payment total upfront, so you know exactly what you are paying before placing your order. The compliance charge is passed through from the merchant provider and is not shown as a separate line item on your Hyperwolf receipt.

Are card details stored?
Your payment security is our top priority. Here's how we protect your information:

Encrypted Storage
Card details are encrypted and stored securely with our PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. We never store your full card number on our servers.

Tokenization
Only tokenized payment data is saved to enable faster future checkouts. Your actual card numbers are never accessible to our systems.

Your Control
You can remove saved payment methods at any time from your account settings. Deleted cards are immediately removed from our payment processor.
Receipts, failed payments, and payment support
Receipts
After checkout, you may receive payment-related records from both the merchant provider and Hyperwolf. Your merchant receipt reflects the full grand total paid for the transaction. Your Hyperwolf receipt shows your product total and applicable taxes.
The compliance charge is included in the upfront payment total shown before checkout, but it does not appear as a separate Hyperwolf receipt line item.
Failed Payments
If your payment doesn't go through, we'll notify you immediately with specific details about what went wrong. Common reasons include:
- Insufficient funds or credit limit reached
- Card declined by bank or issuer
- Incorrect billing or payment details
- Network or processor error
