A bad customer service experience can really ruin a good relationship. “Isabella” was flippant with my request for consideration, after ordering two vape pods for which I did NOT have a battery. Asked to order just the battery, within an hour of delivery of the pods. “Order again, remember $50 minimum,” she tells me. Explained again. “Order again, if we’re out of it, sorry.” (Paraphrasing) Asked to be connected to a manager. None available…on a weekday at 5:00. No one in charge of the business then? Cool. Have ordered from Hyperwolf for YEARS. Submitted a “ticket” to be contacted by a manager. 24 hours later, crickets. Got it. Thats how much you value this customer. Bye!

Great Product! Richard C. did the delivery and was very timely and kept me updated as to when he was arriving. He was proffessional in his behavior. We conducted the inventory together and completed the transaction. Grest Job!
