A bad customer service experience can really ruin a good relationship. “Isabella” was flippant with my request for consideration, after ordering two vape pods for which I did NOT have a battery. Asked to order just the battery, within an hour of delivery of the pods. “Order again, remember $50 minimum,” she tells me. Explained again. “Order again, if we’re out of it, sorry.” (Paraphrasing) Asked to be connected to a manager. None available…on a weekday at 5:00. No one in charge of the business then? Cool. Have ordered from Hyperwolf for YEARS. Submitted a “ticket” to be contacted by a manager. 24 hours later, crickets. Got it. Thats how much you value this customer. Bye!
