No one answer phones . 5 hr wait. Can't speak to no one. Poor service

Was told driver was outside went out there 4 min later and there wasn’t anyone out there then they wanna charge an extra 5$ And said they called me but don’t have one missed call from any one wanna then they wanna take another hour for re deliver very unprofessional

Was told they take credit cards, waited 3 hrs and got told no. I will not use this service again, nor will I recommend it. Very disappointing.

THE FIELDS POD AND AIRGRAFT VAPE PEN I PURCHASED JULY 15, 2020 FROM HYPERWOLF WAS DEFECTIVE AND THE PLASTIC TIP BROKE OFF ON THE POD WHILE IN MY POCKET. All of a sudden no one picks up the phone and they cant issues any exchange during the weekends. Awful customer service experience, they definitely do not care about their customers medical needs.
