It would normally be 5 stars..... They were always great and timely .... But tonight ! They are trying out a new chat box thing and well .. I'm still waiting for a reply and confirmation. I placed my order at 8pm . Still nothing ...they said they would call to confirm but now 2hours later I still haven't talked to anyone ......

Great products, good prices....

Ordered since 5:37 and recieved my email comfirmation but when id click the link no order existed so i waited to see if it was just the site and the driver would be in the way but 7pm came and nothing so i placed a second order to which i recieved an email and text msg comfirmation this time saying to reply yes to comfirm and id soon recieve an eta and kept waiting moreee and got a call around 740 that if i was still interested my e.t.a time would be like 3 more hours !! So i cancelled my order and went back to previous dispensary because i felt like today ordering for the first time ever from hyperwolf was a complete joke and waste of my evening . I know its not who called me who's at fault shes just doing her job but maybe management should step there game up and help there employess run a succesful more customer service oriented business . (Sidenote: As soon as we hung up i ordered from my previous dispensary ive always used before and look at that! Got a msg instantly that my driver is in route 20 minutes out 🔥now thats real service )!!!.

I have been using this service since they were the Peoples Grower. The quality of product has never gone down, but has gotten better and better. The delivery times are on the dot and customer service is always friendly and happy to help. My driver today Joshua was super fast on the delivery and made sure everything was good with my order. I hope they keep up all the great work they do. Give them a try. I dont even bother using other services 👍👍

I have been using hyperwolf for the last 6 months and they never disappoint. But tonight Barry was my driver tonight and all I have to say I received the best customer service. My dad passed away today and the customer service he gave me made my day so sweet. People like that take the company to the next level.

I’ve just gotten my first delivery with this company and I am very pleased. I’ve tried other places before and felt like I wasted my money on their product. Robert my delivery driver was awesome, he answered all my questions and even gave me my gift for being a first timer, even though I didn’t know to ask for it. Definitely recommending.
