5 years agoThey never have the items they have listed on the website. You will place your order then get a message saying they are “out of stock”. They do nothing to remedy it or make it right for the customer. They basically tell you to just deal with it.

5 years agoI was sold a defective batch of flowers and when I brought it to there attention I was ignored. And told that it wasn’t and if I didn’t like it then it was on me. And that I can’t get a delivery anymore because I complained and said that they are terminating me as a client. Which is fine because I don’t want to do business with someone that does that. Gets mad when I complain which was my first time ever in years. They did not terminate me before
