5 years agoMy last order with them was placed on New Years Eve and Im pretty disappointed with it. Mind you I am a very loyal customer I order atleast once a week. I saw that they had a new product that I wanted to try from Pacific Stone, I asked about the full OZ prices on the strain, the agent I was txting let me know that the OZ was priced at $100. I thought at that price I couldn’t beat it so I placed an order for 2 full OZ which in total would have been $200 based on the prices I was given. When my order arrived I noticed that I had only gotten 1 Oz for the price of $200 and was confused. When I called back my driver to ask about the rest of my missing order he let me know I had to call dispatch and let them know my concerns. Before I could do that, the agent that approved my order called me in a very low voice and stated that she had made a mistake on the pricing of my order and that I could not get a refund. I asked to speak with a manager or have a manger call me back about the issue and never heard from them again. Still to this day I have not had anyone reach out to me about my very misunderstood order and they have now lost a very loyal customer. I’m so disappointed in how HyperWolf handled the situation, they were my absolute go to delivery.

5 years agoI like hyperwolf, just recently though I feel like the thc% is lower then displayed. But other then that it's very convenient and the drivers are very professional.

5 years agoThis is my message to them, after yet another poor experience. This is unacceptable. I have waited since 3:22 pm for my driver to show up not having the product I asked for. Yesterday we waited almost 5 hours to have to spend more money because again the product that was on the website when I ordered was not in stock. My wife and I both spend exclusively with you guys once, to a couple times a week. And have been having this problem even on non holidays. This has really made us have to look into somewhere else to spend our money. My anxiety is through the roof right now. Thank you for trying my night yet again. They have just gotten too big to really care about those who need the medication.
