4 years agoOn this episode of the hyperwolf chronicles, my order was in limbo for a good hour and a half. No eta because it wasn’t even sent to the driver. When I inquired about this I was told that it was my fault because I didn’t have a number on file. Which I thought was pretty strange because I’ve ordered from them for about 3 years. Last order I placed took about 2.5 hours. Plenty of other deliver services actually care about their customers and will deliver your meds with an ETA that’s even remotely understandable. Avoid this place like the plague

Live ETA times are automatically updated every 60 seconds and changes in ETA can be caused by a variety of factors including various bugs with our new website launch that we have since fixed. As for your order being in limbo, that is unacceptable and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so that we can use your feedback to make sure this doesn’t happen again in the future.
