I’ve been picking up from here for a few months now and I’m already more satisfied than an actual dispensary.. the flower is amazing ;quality never disappoints me , business is professional/workers are nice, delivery with no charge is super convenient. wish I knew about this sooner , it’s my new fave ! ☺️

Today I made an order and when my driver arrived, I gave him my card. It was a visa debit gift card. I’ve used these with Hyperwolf a couple times. This driver today would not accept it. He kept telling me that it needed a chip. I told him I’ve used them before and they just typed in the number. He said “we aren’t supposed to do that, I can get in trouble for that.” I’m like ooookay, it’s a debit card I don’t understand what’s the problem. He then takes a picture of the card and texts it to his manager to see “if it’s okay.” His manager then called him and said it was okay to use, the driver felt dumb because he responded with “are you sure?” The manager said it’s okay and you’re questioning their answer? He then asked for it back and out it in then said it was declined. I asked him to try again and he said it declined again. I looked up the card on my phone to make sure it was all good and it had more than enough money in it. And my order was $40. I then asked him that he could leave because I did t want to hold him up and that I would reorder in a little. When I did reorder Hyperwolf wanted to charge me $5 to re attempt. They said it’s a tule of theirs, which I’ve had a delivery reattempted last week and I was not charged. This was so unnecessary, as much as I order from you guys and tip the drivers. Not again!

We love Hyperwolf! They have the best delivery system in town and no questions on the price, all tax and delivery is included. My wife and I highly recommend.
