4 years agoI’ve been a customer here for 7 plus years when Jake himself used to deliver. Over the last years I’ve seen this company grow so large and I’m happy for the success but it comes as a disservice to the original customers who have supported before the change into online ordering. Which I initially saw as a good thing but I’m sad to say that it’s just so inconvenient the amount of effort it takes to have an order delivered. So much back and forth with product availability (can’t order more that 1 of a product) drivers no longer carry “extra” and time and verification is a joke now. It used to be such a nice customer experience. I would call and place an order with no restrictions on amount or product and it would get here in a timely manner with a great attitude and willingness to help there patients with anything we would need. I have referred at least 25 people over the years who almost all either go somewhere else now or rarely order due to the change in process. I understand things change to accommodate laws and business success in long term but it honestly feels like the customer satisfaction isn’t the main priority anymore. I ordered yesterday and had another experience that was just not worth it. Not that they care considering how big they have gotten but if it was my business I would be ashamed. So I will go somewhere else from now on.
