4 years agoWait times have gotten a lot worse now. I'm consistently waiting 3-4 hours for delivery times and I'm just disappointed in downhill its gone. Update 5/17/22 I tried the service a few times after waiting for them to work out some of the kinks in the new system. So far deliveries have gotten better so I remain hopeful things will get more consistent. Update 4/16/22 I absolutely will not be using this service anymore. I was hopeful that they would fix their mistakes from before but lo and behold I'm back to waiting several hours for a delivery which is just unacceptable. Using this service has become a serious inconvenience and time waster and I'm very disappointed. Update: 3/19/22 customer service contacted me the next day and explained that they realized there was an issue with the routing and are implementing a fix for this issue. It's good to know that they pay attention to customer feedback and address those problems, and I appreciate them reaching out. Hyperwolf has definitely been one of the best perks of LA since moving here so I hope they continue their success. I've been using Hyperwolf for awhile now and the products are great but man the delivery service has gotten worse in my area. The website boast having delivery within 60min or less but lately I've had wait times of up to over 3 hours. Very disappointing as I quite grew to love their service, but now that's quickly starting to change.
Hey Diego! Thank you for your feedback. Like anybody else, we have our good days and bad days, and it looks like you were shopping with us during our website launch. We had a lot of bugs to work through, but we’ve been able to streamline the order process since then. We’re excited about our new website features including live chat, and we’re confident that this change will be the best option for our customers moving forward. 4 years agoIt's strange that you can't even access your website after our before hours. The site is supposed to open at 11 AM but rarely does. Is there a way to better automate this process?
