4 years agoI can’t stand this place anymore. It used to be nice to order from them because I don’t always want to drive an hour or more to pick up. They change the website layout constantly to make it difficult to order, it freezes and crashes, you can’t get ahold of a person to help, and if you do it’ll take over an hour for a response. Oh and don’t try to message them/leave criticisms in the comments on Instagram, otherwise they’ll block you like a 12 year old would.

4 years agoGreat delivery service pretty close to being prefect actually. Hyperwolf has great customer service as well as a great and functional online website. The wait times a great as well, usually about a 30 min to an hour.I've been using this delivery service for almost 2 years and they have always proven to be the best.

4 years agoHyperwolf is a life saver! I can always count on them for great products and services. I am sorry guys I have not tipped the drivers, but I will start tipping because you guys deserve it. If customer has an issue, hyperwolf does respond, customer just has to be patient.

4 years agoFirst order never arrived. Second order, the driver say in his car and I had to walk out to the car to get my delivery. I'm disabled and having to walk to the delivery person caused me great pain and inconvenience. There won't be any more orders to them from me!!!

For security reasons, our drivers must remain in or near their vehicle during delivery at apartment complexes because we cannot lose sight of the vehicle. Nonetheless, we appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and we will use it to continue to improve moving forward!
