2 years agoThey give a 40$ birthday you pick it gift. USE IT WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF BIRTHDAY!!!! Who does THAT! PLUS POINTS ON EVERY PURCHASE. Plus an extra kick it in 5 buck on every 10th delivery...Yeah you have to spend 40 or 50 bucks even if using your points or rewards. WHO cares it's free MONEY. Best buds in town delivered to your door for FREE Anthony C and Fabion(Frank) are personal and can carry a convo. All good up in this hood. I really can't say anything bad EXCEPT the birthday gift expires..."USE THE BIRTHDAY 40$ BIRTHDAY GIFT BEFORE IT EXPIRES IN 2 WEEKS!!!! Take if from a real "OG"

2 years agoI just tried to order but it says Opens at 12?! Menu is open at 1?! First delivery available tomorrow after 1:30?? Lol operates more like a dealer than a shop
Hey Karim, we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us and we're sorry to hear that you had some trouble with our menu hours. We recently rolled out scheduled delivery, which allows you to order at any time of day and schedule an order 24 hours in advance. Our ASAP menu allows you to order within normal business hours for same-day delivery. In LA and OC our delivery hours are from 1:00pm-9:30pm, and in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties our hours are from 12pm-9:30pm. 2 years agoI like hyperwolf I’ve been ordering from them for some time now.the website is easy to navigate I do like how we can pay with my bank card, just don’t like how the system sometimes won’t send the receipt so delivery usually take 10+ minutes texting and waiting for response. Also I have noticed that my delivery time has gone up in the last 3 weeks my order has been arriving 2hr to 2 hours and 30 minutes, Maybe theres more orders coming in than theres is drivers to deliver.

2 years agoThe new price structure setup sucks. The "Rewards" program consists of .01% on the dollar. Upon redeeming the points, one must meet $40 min.w/o taxes applied, then use "Rewards" and pay taxes on everything including the rewards I earned. It's double-dipping. I take my business elsewhere. Although, to be fair, HW is not the only shiesters in town. It is industry-wide! Additionally, kudos to HyperWolf for not bowing to public pressure and lowering your prices!

2 years agoAbsolutely amazing service! I'm in Temecula without a car and so many places had crazy high order minimums but this place is only 40 which is INCREDIBLE. Fantastic prices, great selection, super fast delivery and such a sweet delivery driver. I even got a small surprise gift! Highly recommend!!

2 years agoThis is the worst delivery service by far. Their timing estimates are unreliable and have awful customer service. The cartridge battery I bought would not charge after a few uses. I attempted to exchange it when I got my delivery but was told I had to submit a claim through the chat, but the chat would not allow me to submit the picture or claim. They had me standing outside in 100 degree heat while the driver tried to text people who weren't responding. I eventually told him to leave and cancelled my whole order Absolute garbage company.
