Built by local artist and theme park designer Claude Bell in 1964, this pair of real-life behemoths is best known for their cameo appearance in 1985’s comedy adventure, Pee-Wee’s Big Adventure. Although the roadside attractions have been upgraded and restored several times since their creation, Dinny the Dinosaur and Mr. Rex continue to attract travelers passing through Southern California on Interstate 10.

The Museum of Pinball is the largest collection of pinball machines on the planet. Whether you’re looking for Pac-Man, Donkey Kong or a golden oldie like Pinball Wizard, this endless emporium will have your fingers twitching with excitement as you marvel at the sheer spectacle that is over 600 playable pinball machines on display.
